Return Policy
All returns must be initiated within 21 days of order. You must contact ARC directly before attempting to return Product to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number for you to include with your return. You must return Product to us in their original or equivalent packaging. If the item(s) are defective upon opening the original package we will accept the item(s) in the original opened box. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging Product. Additional fees may apply. If you fail to follow the return or exchange instructions and policies provided by ARC, ARC is not responsible whatsoever for Product that is lost, damaged, modified or otherwise processed for disposal or resale. At ARC's discretion, credit for partial returns may be less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing. All returns should be sent to the shipping address provided to you when you request a Return Material Authorization Number or sent directly to the vendor in the event a shipping address is not provided to you. If you do not know who the vendor was please Contact US. No returns will be accepted from a ?Higher Education? customer.
