Owner and President, Jana King, is dedicated to ensuring the ARC staff provide clients with a consultative approach by encouraging training and certification with the many manufacturers products ARC represents.

Statement of Guarantee

Austin Ribbon & Computer will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a products is discontinued.
